From Corvara, at the base of Alta Badia, the huge Sella mountain group stretches to the south-west, surrounded by ski lifts and runs. The result is a unique ski touring route encircling this extraordinary massif: the legendary Sellaronda.Anyone with an average skill level can happily tackle the Sellaronda, all you need is a bit of stamina! Since 2007, the Sellaronda has been linked to Plan de Corones by the "Piculin" gondola, meaning it's also easily accessible from San Vigilio. If you prefer, you also have the option of taking the Skibus, which passes at regular intervals to take you up to the Alta Badia pistes.
